Adventures In Learning Cancelled - March 19-April 9th
To protect everyone involved with Shepherd’s Center of West Wichita’s ADVENTURES IN LEARNING in this national emergency caused by COVID-19, the SCWW Board has cancelled the remaining 4 weeks of classes (March 19 through April 9).
Our concern for everyone’s safety has prompted this action. We urge our Shepherd’s Center friends to use caution, be safe and observe the CDC’s recommendations about hygiene and public interaction.
Registrants are entitled to a partial refund of the Spring 2020 Registration Fee plus full refund of prepaid meals. Alternatively registrants may designate the fee and/or meal payment as a tax-exempt donation to Shepherd’s Center of West Wichita.
All registrants will be contacted by email or phone to inform them of the cancellation and refund options. The office will be closed, so calling the office phone is not recommended.
